1 ½ pounds trimmed greens, sliced (turnip or mustard greens, collards, etc.)
1/3 cup toasted sesame seed, ground to meal in the blender
1 orange, sliced
Steam the greens until barely wilted. Sprinkle with sesame seed meal, and garnish with orange slices.
