Cocoa Bundt Cake

1 2/3 cups flour
1 ½ cup sugar
½ cup cocoa
½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
½ cup shortening
1 ½ cups buttermilk or sour milk*
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350°.

Grease and flour a 12 cup Bundt pan. Blend flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder, and salt; add remaining ingredients.

Beat on low speed 1 min., scraping bowl; beat on high speed 3 min., scraping occasionally. Pour into Bundt pan.

Bake 50-55 min. or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 min. and remove from the pan. Cool completely, then drizzle with Chocolate Glaze.

*To make sour milk quickly: into a two-cup measure place 1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar, and then add milk up to the 1 ½ cup line. Stir.
