Five ingredients, that’s all, and the heavy chopping and cooking has already been done and packed in cans and jars. A really good. chili, too.

1 pound ground pork

1 jar (16 ounce) pineapple salsa
OR
1 ¼ cups medium salsa
½ cup crushed pineapple

1 can (15 ounce) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder

1 can (20 ounces) pineapple slices

In 3-quart saucepan brown the pork and drain. Stir in salsa, beans, tomato sauce, and chili powder. Boil, then reduce heat, and simmer uncovered, 10 min. Top each serving with a pineapple slice. Serve over rice.
