Sauce ingredients:
1 container (15 ounces) of ricotta cheese
1 jar (7 ounces) roasted peppers, drained
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper.
1 pound spaghetti, hot and freshly cooked
In blender or food processor, process sauce ingredients until they are smooth.
Mix with spaghetti. Serve.
