Ham, Rice, and Greens

Another recipe inspired by leftover ham, like Black Bean and Ham Pilaf and Roasted Pepper-Rice One Pot. The utter simplicity (stupidity ;-)) of this recipe shows that I wrote it. It is nothing more than what the title says, plus chicken broth. It is very good!

3 cups chicken broth (2 cans)
1 bag frozen turnip, mustard, or collard greens
1 cup uncooked brown rice
8 ounces cooked ham, chopped

In a pot, bring chicken broth to the boil. Add the bag of greens; return to the boil.

Add rice, and simmer for 35 – 40 minutes.
