Chocolate Glaze

¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

In small saucepan, mix water and sugar; bring to a rolling boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Immediately add chocolate chips; stir with a wire whisk until chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. Cool until slightly thickened.

Makes about 2/3 cup of glaze.
