1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons sugar
3 packages cream cheese, 8 ounces each, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
Preheat oven to 350°.
For the crust, mix the crumbs, butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar; press into the bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan.
Mix cream cheese, ¾ cup sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well-blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350° for 30 min., or until center is almost set. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for three hours or overnight. Cut into bars. Using things such as sprinkles, nonpareils, decorating gels, etc., decorate each bar to look like a wrapped Christmas present. Store leftover bars in the refrigerator.
