½ cup butter or margarine
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup peanut butter chips
3 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips, divided
1 ½ teaspoons shortening
If baking this in a glass baking dish, heat oven to 325°. Otherwise, heat it to 350°.
Place margarine in baking pan, and place the pan in the oven until the margarine melts.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over margarine; pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with peanut butter chips and 2 cups of the semisweet chocolate chips; press down firmly.
Bake for 25 – 30 min. or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars.
Melt the remaining cup of semisweet chocolate chips with the shortening. Drizzle this mixture over the bars.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
