¼ cup water
½ teaspoon hot chili oil
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon sugar
1 medium onion, cut in half and sliced
¾ pound pork chop, cut in ½" strips
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and cut in 2" pieces
Cooked brown rice
- In a small bowl, stir together the water, chili oil, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar.
- In large frying pan, sauté the onion in oil until translucent.
- Add the pork and sauté until browned.
- Add sauce, cover, and steam the pork until tender.
- Uncover and cook until the sauce reduces by half.
- Add the broccoli, and stir until coated.
- Serve over rice.
