Cook spaghetti (cooked al dente) mix with ricotta cheese, Parmesan, and egg, pepper, herbs, parsley – whatever (basil, oregano).
In bottom of pie pan, spread out spaghetti mixture on top of a small amount of tomato sauce, make an indentation and line with mozzarella, fill pie shell with sautéed beef and seasonings (like onion, garlic, parsley, pepper, etc.)
Cover top with sliced provolone and heat in oven until bubbly – run under broiler to brown –
