1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can (10 ¾ ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup milk
1 cup frozen French-cut green beans
1 cup shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend or Cheddar
1 pound Tater Tots® or similar potato cylinders
- Heat oven to 375° F. Brown meat with onions in skillet, stirring occasionally. Drain. Spoon into 8 in. square baking dish.
- Mix soup and milk, pour over meat mixture. Top with the green beans, then cheese, and finally potatoes.
- Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and casserole is heated through.
