Cran-Apple Crumble Pie

1 9 inch frozen piecrust, thawed
4-5 medium apples
¾ cup fresh or thawed cranberries
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch of salt

For crumble:
¾ cup oatmeal
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter

1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Peel, core and cut the apples into ¼ inch slices. Chopped cranberries. In a bowl, toss together apples, cranberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Arrange in thawed pie shell.
3. In medium bowl, combine oatmeal, salt, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Cut in the butter using two knives or a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
4. Place pie on baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 30 min. Reduce heat to 350° and cover pie loosely with foil to prevent over Browning bake 20 to 25 min. more or until apples are tender when pierced with a knife. Cool on wire rack before serving.
