Chili-Rubbed Salmon Steaks

“Don’t limit grilling to just burgers and hot dogs. This flavorful salmon dish is quick and easy to prepare on the grill, too.

Easy Recipe:
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 salmon steaks, 4 ounces each
1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt

Easy steps:
Drizzle oil over salmon. Stir together chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, and salt, and rub into salmon.

Place fish on grill rack coated with nonstick cooking spray; grilled 7 – 10 min. on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Serves 4.

Recipe note: Select salmon fillets that are moist and firm and that have a fresh scent. Store fresh fish in the refrigerator no more than a day or two.”
