Salmon with Wilted Greens

1 pound salmon fillets, fresh or frozen
½ cup +1 tablespoon sesame-ginger salad dressing
6 cups torn-up mixed greens salad
1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned

Rinse salmon; pat dry. Cut into 4 pieces. Broil salmon on greased, unheated rack of broiler pan 4" from heat for 6 – 9 min., or until salmon begins to flake easily. Halfway through broiling, brush with 1 tablespoon dressing. Cover and keep warm.

In salad bowl combine greens and orange sections. In large skillet bring remaining ½ cup dressing to boiling. Boil gently, uncovered, 1 min. Remove from heat, pour over greens, toss.

Divide greens among 4 serving plates. Top with salmon.
