Steamed Greens with Sesame Topping and Orange Slices (Diet for a Small Planet)

The recipe is part of a trio that belong in the Brazilian Evening menu in Diet for a Small Planet.

1 ½ pounds trimmed greens, sliced (turnip or mustard greens, collards, etc.)
1/3 cup toasted sesame seed, ground to meal in the blender
1 orange, sliced

Steam the greens until barely wilted. Sprinkle with sesame seed meal, and garnish with orange slices.
